Direct Sound started as a isolation headphone company over 25 years ago with only one headphone product, the legendary EX-29. That single product propelled it to be the largest company of its kind in the world and carve a unique niche in the pro audio sector of the market.
Over the years, the company developed and perfected other unique headphones, all using environmentally responsible patented passive isolation technology.
As you can imagine, Direct Sound has been asked to produce other pro audio products such as microphones, audio interfaces, studio monitors, and yes, even, studio monitoring, mixing and mastering headphones. It was well worth the challenge to get as many people as possible making music.
Well, after years of research and developing the right partnership that will meet our customer‘s expectations successfully, we are ready to introduce some very exciting new pro audio products to complement its world renowned line of passive isolation headphones.
